The Shuttle is a 48V/750W (1 hp) electric-assist pedal tricycle (Max Speed: 20 mph) designed to safely transport 1 adult driver + 475 lbs of cargo or 2 adult passengers. It has 3-wheel disc brakes, a red rear brake light, yellow rear turn signals and a white front headlight.

We use the Shuttle to operate our Mobile Pantry program; service our litter bin network; and to perform daily Litter Cleanup & Graffiti Removal within Our Service Area.

For those seeking food & shelter, we provide free rides to Caritas of Austin, 611 Neches St, Austin, TX 78701.

For those seeking medical attention, we provide free rides to and from St. David’s CareNow, 517 S Lamar Blvd, Ste B, Austin, TX 78704.

To encourage electric vehicle adoption, we provide free introductory rides to the general public.

For those just seeking fun, we provide free rides to and from Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, South Congress & Downtown Austin.

Monday – Sunday: 9am – 5pm.
After-Hours Service: Scheduled Pick-Ups ONLY.

To schedule a ride, select REQUEST PICK-UP.

When scheduling a ride, you MUST include your requested pick-up Date, Time, Location and Destination.

Since Shuttle Drivers service our litter bins, every bin is also a designated pick-up location.

Shuttle Dispatch responds to pick-up requests in the order they are received, so please plan ahead.

For best results, we recommend emailing Shuttle Dispatch at least thirty (30) minutes before your requested pick-up time.

By requesting pick-up, riders agree to: 1) hold Park Watch Inc, its volunteers, employees and officers harmless for any personal injury which may arise from their ride; 2) use Binding Arbitration to resolve all disputes; and 3) opt in to receive our emails.

If you don’t have a phone & can’t access our website, you MUST waive liability and agree to Binding Arbitration on video.

After your ride, we’ll dispose of this recording in accordance with our Records Retention & Destruction Policy.

City of Austin Transportation and Public Works Department, Mobility Services Division, has determined that Park Watch Inc doesn’t need Operating Authority to provide free Shuttle rides.
